Meet the guides right next to the downtown shuttle stop after either tendering in from your cruise ship or shuttling from the Northern cruise docks.
A stunning and narrated drive will take you south to Silver Bay, where you can gaze at the towering mountains above you, or out towards the water in search of wildlife.
The nearby bear rehabilitation & rescue center is a popular stop for all. Here, bears that have been rescued from the wild live in naturalized settings with caretakers that are eager to share their wealth of knowledge with you.
Another animal rescue center on the island, and the largest of its kind in Alaska, you'll view eagles, hawks, and more undergoing rehabilitation after injury, for hopeful release back into the wild.
The final stop on the tour, this is the oldest National Park in Alaska. Take a brief stroll through the Tlingit & Haida totem poles on a coastal trail surrounded by native spruce & hemlocks.
At the conclusion of the tour, you will be taken right back to Harrigan hall, where you can either hop on the shuttle back to your ship or explore the nearby, historic downtown.
